farewell, 2.0

salam!

needless to say, learn and play was really valuable to me and i feel that i learned a lot from participating in this program. it introduced me to some things that i would have otherwise never really messed with. one of my favorite "things" was checking out the web 2.0 awards. that site gave me the best and most popular 2.0 sites in the web in one place so that i can look through 'em. i can see what other people are liking and using to make their life more interesting (technology-wise).

i also loved the commoncraft videos. i think they were the single most important thing that introduced the technologies to people. they clearly explained the use of each technology in a way that anyone could understand and they did it with nice visuals.

i'm really surprised at how the l&p team were so active and attached to this. it's nice and amusing how they went around to different staff, interviewed them and made cute little videos. another thing i'm surprised at is that there was no facebook exploration(forget myspace, i don't like it :D) listed as one of the 23 things...maybe next time.

if there was another program like this, i would definitely join. no doubt about that.

it's been nice....
